Propji is a brand of IPROPRENEURS REALTY SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, Chennai, which runs propji.com. We help buyers find new homes and plots and arrange site visits with builders.

When you enquire: your name, mobile number, optional email, the project or area you are interested in, your budget and any message you write.
When you browse: basic technical information such as pages visited. Analytics run only after you agree to them.
Why we use it
To call or message you about the properties you asked about, and to arrange site visits.
To register your enquiry with the builder of the project you chose, sharing your name, mobile number and visit plans. This is how builders record that Propji introduced you.
If you ask for home loan help, to share your details with partner banks to get loan offers.
Your consent and choices
We record the consent you give on our forms, with the date and time. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us, and we will stop contacting you.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information.
How long we keep it
