We are a registered channel partner. The builder pays us when you buy, so our service costs you nothing and you pay the builder’s price — the same price as if you walked into their office yourself.
What happens after you enquire
You enquire, and we check your number
A six-digit code by SMS, so we know the enquiry is real. It also means you only ever hear from us about the project you asked about.
One advisor takes your enquiry
You get their name and their direct number. The same person stays with you through site visits, paperwork and handover. You will not be passed around.
We register you with the builder
We do this within fifteen minutes and send you the reference number the builder gives us, so you know exactly where you stand.
We tell you what we actually think
Every price here carries the date of the builder’s price sheet it came from, and every project page shows its RERA number. If a project is wrong for you, we will say so.
Why the registration step matters
Most buyers never hear about this, and it decides who is accountable to them.
When you enquire about a project, your advisor registers you on that builder’s channel partner system. The agent who registers you first is the one the builder recognises for your purchase. If a second agent registers you afterwards, or you walk into the sales office having already enquired elsewhere, the builder can end up with two claims on the same buyer — and you can end up with nobody properly answerable when something goes wrong.
So we register you quickly, we register you once, and we send you the reference number. It is a small thing that takes a minute, and it is the difference between having an advisor and having a phone number.
What we will never do
If we ever do any of these, tell us and we will put it right.
- Sell your number, or share it with any other agent
- Pass you to a different advisor without asking you first
- Quote a price the builder has not given us in writing
- Promise you a return, an appreciation figure or a guaranteed rent
