About Vistawh Landholding
Vistawh Land Holdings India Private Limited develops residential plots and plotted townships from an office at Aminjikarai in Chennai. Its company registration dates from 2012.
It sells across Chennai and the three neighbouring districts — Tiruvallur, Chengalpattu and Kanchipuram — with layouts at Thirumazhisai and Kuthambakkam on the western side of the city, and interests further afield at Tirunelveli, Kayalpattinam, Kodaikanal and Dubai. It also has at least one commercial project, Vista Square, on the Kilpauk Garden Road and New Avadi Road stretch at Egmore, registered with TNRERA.
The company publishes no figures for acreage sold or layouts completed, so there is no track record to read off its website. For a plotted developer that is the normal position, and it puts the weight of the decision on the specific layout.
