Urbanrise projects in Chennai

Urbanrise is the housing brand of Alliance Group, selling at a scale few South Indian developers match: the company states 81 million sq ft of residential development executed and more than 24,000 homes delivered, across Chennai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Its head office is in Hyderabad, with a Chennai office at Kotturpuram.

The range is graded into collections — EI Neo, EI Nova and EI Nirvana — which in practice means Urbanrise sells at several price points on the same corridor, from compact first-home apartments to larger units and villa plots. City of Joy at New Porur is among its larger Chennai schemes.

High-volume projects bring real advantages: unit choice, staged payment plans and a resale market that already exists because so many units have changed hands. They also bring scale risks, chiefly the possession timetable on a tower that is one of many under construction at once.
