About Urban Tree Infrastructures Pvt Ltd

Urban Tree builds mid-sized apartment projects in and around Chennai, concentrating on 2 and 3 BHK homes rather than large or luxury units.

Its projects sit on the corridors where most of the city's new housing demand is: Porur on the west, Perumbakkam, Perungudi and Medavakkam in the south-east, and Urapakkam and Maraimalai Nagar along the GST Road. The schemes are deliberately modest in size — Urban Tree Infinity at Porur is a 199-flat development and Atrium at Perungudi around 80 apartments — which usually means a shorter construction period and a smaller owners' association than a thousand-unit township.

The company publishes little corporate information: no founding year and no company-level totals for area delivered or homes handed over. That is not unusual among Chennai developers of this size, but it does mean the project itself, rather than the brand's track record, is what you should judge.

For any Urban Tree project, ask us for the RERA registration, the approved plan, the completion date on the RERA filing, and the names of buyers in their earlier completed blocks. A finished project nearby is the best reference available.
