About TATA Value Homes

Tata Value Homes Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Housing Development Company Limited, which has been in real estate since 1984. The Value Homes brand was created for the affordable and mid-market end of the Tata range; its website now redirects to tatahousing.com, and the two are best treated as one business when you are checking who you are buying from.

In Chennai the group has built New Haven Ribbon Walk, Crescent Enclave and Santorini. Across India it works in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, the Delhi region, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Kochi and Goa, and reports more than 3.34 million sq m under various stages of development.

What a Tata address buys in practice is process: documentation, construction specifications and handover tend to be standardised, and the group is answerable to a parent that cares about its name. It usually does not buy the lowest price per sq ft on a corridor.

Tell us your budget and the corridor you are looking at, and we will say honestly whether a Tata project is the right fit or whether a local developer gives you more for the same money.
