Ruby Builders & Promoters has been working in south Chennai since 1997, and states more than 200 completed projects and over 6,000 homes delivered. It also builds in Chengalpattu and Tirunelveli.
Its territory is the Tambaram belt and the suburbs around it: West Tambaram, Chrompet, Pallavaram, Selaiyur, Medavakkam, Mannivakkam, Vandalur and Vengaivasal. The products are 2 and 3 BHK apartments, CMDA or DTCP approved villa plots, and some commercial complexes.
