Pacifica Companies is a US-headquartered property group, founded in 1978 and based in San Diego, which has developed in India since the 2000s. Its Indian head office is in Ahmedabad, with offices in Vadodara, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and the Delhi region, and it describes itself as a three-billion-dollar global real estate business.
In Chennai its work is concentrated on the OMR corridor: the Pacifica Tech Park at Navalur, and residential projects at Padur — the Aurum township, Aurum Villas, Bliss Towers, Pride Towers and Aurum Plaza — and Enchante at Siruseri. Having built both the offices and the homes on the same corridor is relevant to a buyer, because it shapes who the neighbours are.
