About Jain Housing & Constructions
Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd has been building since 1987 and is one of Chennai's larger home-grown developers. It states 171-plus completed projects, more than 15 million sq ft developed and over 21,000 homes delivered, with work also in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kochi and Coimbatore.
The range runs from 1 to 5 BHK apartments through plots to rental commercial and retail space. In Chennai its projects are concentrated on the OMR corridor — Semmancheri, Navallur, Padur, Potheri, Thoraipakkam, Perungudi — and across the west and south at Manapakkam, Kovur, Pallavaram, Pammal and Korattur.
A record this long is an advantage to a buyer, because it can be inspected. There are completed Jain buildings on most of these corridors that are five, ten or twenty years old, and how they have aged tells you more than any brochure: common-area upkeep, lift and water arrangements, whether the owners' association functions.
For a current project we will get the RERA registration and its completion date, the approved plan, the price sheet and what is unsold. For the diligence that matters, we will also point you at their finished buildings nearby so you can see the standard for yourself.
