About DAC Developers
DAC Developers started in 2005 and works mainly in the southern and western suburbs of Chennai, with a presence in Coimbatore. It states more than 2 million sq ft of completed construction in Tamil Nadu and a staff of over 325.
Its projects cover apartments, villas, plots and commercial property, clustered around Tambaram, Selaiyur, Sithalapakkam and Porur, with newer work on the OMR corridor at Sholinganallur and Navalur, where it has also opened a satellite office.
This is the middle of the Chennai market: large enough to have a real track record and its own construction teams, small enough that the particular project matters more than the brand. South Chennai around Tambaram and Selaiyur is well served by rail and already built out, which makes it a different proposition from a new OMR launch — generally more expensive per sq ft, generally less waiting.
